*Payment for all concealed firearm permit classes must be paid at the begining of class by each student. No refunds will be given after the first 10 minutes of the course.

*Deposits for all training classes are non-refundable unless STG has to change the date of the training. If this occurs, the student can request a full refund. All courses are conducted regardless of weather conditions.

*All returns and exchanges must occur with in 21 days of receipt of order. After 21 days this policy becomes null and void.

*We reserve the right to take up to 4 weeks to process returns.

*The customer is fully responsible for ALL return shipping charges.

*We do require that the customer contact us before just shipping it back and get authorization to do so.

*Any returns that just show up, without first contacting us, will be placed back into inventory and no money will be refunded or merchandise exchanged.

****BEFORE REFUNDING MONEY OR EXCHANGING ITEMS******

*All items sent back for refunds or exchange MUST be in BRAND NEW (unused) condition. If any of the following is noticed we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange or items.

*Any obvious wear and tear such as scratches, dents, tears, or other noticeable markings of use.

*Any clothing that has been altered, adjusted, or washed.

*If the protective packaging or the original packaging has been disfigured in any way, or is missing upon return to us.

*Products containing liquids are not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes, but is not limited to pepper spray, and gun cleaning products.

****BODY ARMOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES******

There are NO refunds on body armor. There is an exchange policy, provided the vests are not worn and returned within 5 days of receipt. Buyers MUST call first and advise us that they need to get another size, and obtain verbal authorization for return of the vest(s).

***EXCHANGES***
If you wish to exchange a product please include a check or money order for $9.00 for return shipping charges. We will NOT process your exchange if shipping charges are not included with the package.

****RETURNS***

*We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%

*All Returned items not in brand new condition will be returned back to the sender upon receipt.

***DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE***

If you receive defective merchandise, the merchandise must be returned to us within 21 days of the receipt of purchase. Once we have the product and have deemed the product defective we will replace the item to you at no additional charge.
